Center Research Associates Attend the 2015 National Council for Science and the Environment Conference
Two Research Associates, Michael Denney and Jeremiah Asaka, from the Center for Governance and Sustainability took part in this year’s National Council for Science and the Environment (NCSE) conference held in Washington DC between January 27th – 29th 2015. The conference theme was Energy and Climate Change.
Notable speakers at the conference included Governor Bill Richardson (former Governor of New Mexico, Secretary of Energy and US Ambassador to the United Nations), Gina McCarthy (the Environment Protection Agency [EPA] Administrator and UMass Boston Alum), and Professor Stephen Hubbell (recipient of the 2015 NCSE Lifetime Achievement Award).
