Job Posting: Campaign Director for Environment Massachusetts

Environment Massachusetts, a statewide environmental advocacy organization, is looking to hire an experienced Campaign Director. The Campaign Director will oversee all aspects of the organization, including membership development, program development, fundraising, field organizing, advocacy, and communications. The Director will also be responsible for interacting with media outlets and building political support for the organization’s agenda.

On a technical level, the Director will be responsible for developing grant proposals, pursuing fundraising opportunities, building working relationships with key players in Massachusetts politics, and strengthening the organization’s membership base.

Qualified candidates will have at least 7 years of relevant professional experience, or experience in pursuit of higher education. The candidates will have a demonstrable commitment to environmental issues and citizen-based social change, as well as a track record of leadership. The successful candidate will also have experience with state-level political advocacy and organization in Massachusetts.
