Philip Osano Discusses Global Environmental Governance on Kenyan TV “Eco Show”

Philip Osano, a Doctoral Candidate at McGill University and one of the GEG Project’s Emerging Leaders, was a special guest for “Eco Show,” a TV program on the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) on September 20, 2009.
